Role of the ACC - The primary activity of the ACC is to implement the provisions of Article III, Architectural Control, of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Storm Lake Heights.  In addition, the ACC will provide oversight to the potential violations of this article and report to the board accordingly for further action needed, also outlined in the Declaration of Covenants,

Submital - Improvements to property requires a written request be submitted and approved by the ACC.  Complete the document noted below and submit to the head of the ACC Committee or to the board at hoa_board@stormlakeheights.org.
