HOA Board Voting results

All,

Thank-you for the excellent participation in this year's annual HOA meeting either in person or by proxy. Meeting minutes will be sent out in a few days. However, in the meantime attached is a copy of the ballot with the results of the HOA ballot measures. 

Just a quick couple of notes. First, I have provided the votes counts all items on the ballots except for the votes for the candidate positions. Second, you'll voting results for each item on the ballot was fairly decisive. As a result tt is interesting to note the block of 13 votes did not influence any of the outcomes with the exception of item 10. 

With that said here is a summary of the votes cast:

  • Number of ballots turned in: 30 (1 ballot represents 13 lots)

  • Number of ballots counted: 28 representing 40 lots

  • Number of ballots spoiled: 2 (no name or signature present on the ballot)

1. 2012 AGM minutes  - Approved (39 - 1)

2. 2013 Budget - Approved (26 - 14)

3. Add Vice President position to Board - Rejected (36 - 4)

4. Add ACC Committee position to Board - Rejected (34 - 6)

5. President - Reelected Joe North

6. Vice President - n/a (based on #3)

7. Secretary - Elected Kristin Michaud

8. Treasurer - Reelected Andrew Ellis

9. Entertainment Fund - Rejected (33 - 7)

10. Lower Quorum - Rejected (23 -13)

11. Use spray to maintain brush (only as allowed by county and state laws) -Approved (32 - 6)
