We have been asked to let everyone know that Rod and some of his folks from Wave Broadband will be here and available at SLH, next Tuesday, the 4th and again on Thursday, the 6th.
They will plan on being available between 3:00PM and 8:00 PM both days.
They will be available to sit down with each of you individually to discuss any questions that you have about their service offering (and I am guessing to accept orders).
This will save you the time and effort in working through their call center and they want to give you personalized attention.
I have added Rob's contact information below so that you can make appointments that are convenient.

REMEMBER, AccellNet has told us that they will be shutting off the service this Friday (tomorrow). So plan accordingly...
Stay Tuned!!! I know that they are working very hard to minimize the downtime in our neighborhood. We will keep everyone up to date as they get further along in their process.
Hopefully, the Wave folks will continue to make good progress and reattach us to the wired world very soon.
