Those who attended the Annual HOA General meeting last February or read the follow-up meeting minutes from the HOA Secretary will recall there were two HOA budget options proposed at the meeting. The first budget option was a standard budget that maintained the status quo. The second budget option allocated additional funding to support a major trail maintenance initiative and funding to allow us to secure a new provider of internet and cable services for the neighborhood. Each of these items represented a fairly significant increase in overall spending for the HOA and thus required a $50 per lot increase in the HOA Annual Dues from $350 to $400 to support.
The HOA members either present at the meeting or via ballot after the meeting voted to approve the second budget option with the additional items. With both the trail maintenance project and change to an alternate internet & cable provider in full swing the HOA has been incurring the additional costs associated with these items.
With this background this is a request by the HOA Board to please submit your additional $50 HOA dues per lot as approved at the annual general meeting. If for some reason you require an invoice please let me know and I will send you the appropriate document. Otherwise please submit your payment either via mail or in person at the following address:
