Dear Homeowners,

The ACC committee has been asked to remind you that the CC&Rs for Storm Lake Heights are available to view on the Storm Lake Heights website www.stormlakeheights.org.

Please take special note that each homeowner is responsible for maintaining their yard, ditch and any fencing that may exist on the property. We appreciate your attention to keeping the neighborhood looking nice. This not only improves the aesthetic appeal for all to enjoy but helps maintain the value of everyone's property.

Feel free to ask anyone on the Board or the ACC if there are any questions or concerns.
